Text Repeater
Repeat text
Repeat text Runs locally in your browser
Text, then repeat count, separated by a vertical bar.
About the
The Text Repeater writes a piece of text out as many times as you ask, separated by spaces. It is a small tool with one job, and it exists because doing this by hand in an editor is slower than it should be: filling a column with placeholder content, generating a long test string, or producing a repeated pattern for a layout test. Anything up to a hundred copies is produced in one run.
Where people use the
- Filling a layout with placeholder text to see how it wraps.
- Generating a long string to test a field or a column width.
- Producing a repeated pattern for a design mockup.
- Creating a large input quickly for a performance check.

- Copies are joined by spaces; convert to lines afterwards if you need them stacked.
Frequently asked questions
What if I do not specify a count?
Three copies are produced by default. Adding the bar and a number overrides it.
Is there a maximum?
Yes, a hundred copies. That keeps the output usable rather than overwhelming.
Can I put each copy on its own line?
Not directly. The copies are joined with spaces. Run the result through a text tool if you need one per line.
Does it work with emoji and other characters?
Yes. The text is repeated exactly, whatever characters it contains.
Is the text uploaded?
No. Repetition happens in your browser, so nothing leaves your device.
